- Instructions
-
- The groups are organized as text files in the groups folder.
- Unlimited quantity of text files can be added to this folder.
- With an editor the text files can be opened (or generated)
- to add and remove items to/from the lists.
-
- If an item has a backslash OpenGRP will handle this item as a
- path to a program (or file) to open.
- See example how to open a file with a pre-defined application.
-
- If not then OpenGRP will handle this item as an URL to open.
- If this item has no double-point OpenGRP will add "http://"
- to the beginning.
-
- With a click on a text file in the left list, OpenGRP showes
- the content of the selected file in the right list.
- All the checked items (!) in the right list will be opened by
- a click onto the Open button.
-
- pref.dat:
- To prevent that OpenGRP is faster than the system can open an URL
- it is possible to set a delay before the next URL will be loaded.
- If the browser must be started the first call needs the longest
- time.
- The default values are adjusted to my (fast) system but can be
- changed with an editor.
- For the 1st call the default value is 3 seconds.
- For the 2nd call (and greater) the default value is 0 seconds.
